With each meal plan comes a cheat sheet for Proteins, Fats and carbohydrates. If you feel the need to trade out a specific food it is easy with the cheat sheets provided.

Healthy Meal Prep Options & Ideas

These Meal Prep recipes are great for anyone looking to change it up in the kitchen. This meal prep will help you to visualize how to cook once or twice a week and use the leftovers to make meals throughout your busy week. Each meal prep recipe book is complete with individual recipes for throughout the week along with complete instructions. There are also instructions for the “first day” which is by far the messiest and hardest day.

Personalized Macro Count

If you are not aware of how many calories you should be taking in on a daily basis this option is great for you! This goes along well with the “Meal plan” I have made for you. All you have to do is fill out a quick (2 minutes, I promise!)  Google form and I will send you back how many Calories, Carbohydrates, Proteins and fats (in grams) that you should be eating on a daily basis, based upon your body type and your personal goals.
