Any research you’ll find here is inspired by the people and places I love the most. The recipes are a conglomeration of my favorite foods conjoined with some of my favorite places and experiences. I am a Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. In an effort to help other people live their best life and feel good while doing it, I began to study the body and the way it uses food for energy. Soon, I realized how much I enjoy it, and before I knew it, healthy habits were taking over our household and my vision to share it with all of you became a dream. I have captured a simple process in meal plans (and prep plans) made for you and documented my easy recipes, in hopes to help you develop healthy habits to pass on to your children and grandchildren.
